Solar Resources, Inc. (SRI) is a Philippine corporation that was envisioned to initially provide value for money residential subdivision projects along the fringes of Metropolitan Manila by tying up on a Joint Venture basis with other more experienced Developer. The company had its modest beginnings in 1987. Right after the EDSA revolution, the prime movers of the company took it upon themselves to get together and establish Solar Resources, Inc. The year 1987 was the proper time for Solar Resources, Inc. as real estate prices were just starting to increase. The main focus for Solar Resources, Inc. at that time was the Province of Cavite specifically the Municipalites of Dasmariñas, General Trias and Trece Martires City which were growth areas in the province being strategically located. Likewise these were the areas whose zoning plans contained numberous residential, commercial and industrial utilization.
